Our shipping policy is very straightforward, items sold by us are dispatched from UK and can be dispatched pretty much Anywhere in the world. We mainly Use UPS service so UK and some European countries customers can enjoy Next day delivery at only

It takes in average 2 working days to reach most of Europe and 2-3 days US and Canada Subject to Customs Clearance times. Orders made on Friday will be posted on the Monday.
All Products are sold on Delivery Duty unpaid basis. Customers outside the EU may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery and additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation.

Our goal is to provide you, the customer, with Products of the highest quality that are unblemished and free from damage. If you receive your Product purchased from us which does not match what you have ordered and you do not wish to accept these goods, we will either send you a replacement (if available) or process a full refund of the price you paid for the item(s) via the payment method you used when making your purchase.
If we are to make any repair / replacement / refund, this is subject to you:
Promptly notifying us of receipt of damaged or mis-described Products
Allowing us the time to examine damaged or mis-described Products.
Returning Products to us along with all packaging and documentation supplied with them.
Please note that we will not be liable for any fault in the Products to the extent permitted by law where the fault or damage is a result of the following:
Repairs or alterations carried out by the consumer without seeking prior written consent
Use of the Products after notifying us that the said Products are faulty
Fair wear and tear arising from usage of the Products after delivery to you
Damage caused by your negligence after delivery to you
Wilful damage caused after delivery to you
Refunds will be paid within 14 calendar days once agreed.
Cancelling an Order
You have a right as a consumer to cancel any order made with us for Products purchased. Any cancellation of an order must be made in writing and be within 14 business days from the date of delivery to you.
Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. Once your return is received and inspected by Blaze (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. For wire transfer payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Derby Workshop. Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order.
