Competition Rules & Terms

1. Promoter

The promoter is Blaze Artworks, 10 Hartington Street, Derby, DE23 8EA, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

Competitions are open to residents of the eligible countries listed on each competition page. Entrants must be aged 18 or over (or as stated on the competition page). Employees of Blaze Artworks and their immediate families are excluded.

3. How to Enter

To enter online, visit the competition page, correctly answer the multiple-choice question, choose the number of tickets you wish to purchase, and complete payment via Stripe. Each paid entry will receive a unique ticket number.

4. Free Entry Route

No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter for free, send a postcard with your full name, email address, phone number, and the competition name to: Blaze Artworks Competitions, 10 Hartington Street, Derby, DE23 8EA. Each postcard received before the closing date counts as one entry. The free entry route carries the same chance of winning as a paid entry.

5. Ticket Price & Limits

The ticket price and maximum number of tickets per person are stated on each competition page. Exceeding the ticket limit may result in entry cancellation.

6. Closing Date

The closing date and time are displayed on each competition page. No entries will be accepted after the closing time. The promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date.

7. The Question

Each competition requires entrants to correctly answer a multiple-choice question. Only entries with the correct answer are eligible for the prize draw.

8. The Draw

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random number generator. The draw will take place live on YouTube and/or TikTok on the date stated on the competition page. The draw may be rescheduled at the promoter's discretion.

9. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.

10. The Prize

The prize is as described on the competition page. Where a cash alternative is offered, the winner may choose the cash amount instead. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative unless stated.

11. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of the winner being confirmed, or as stated on the competition page. UK delivery is free. International delivery costs may be borne by the winner.

12. Refunds

Entry fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except where the competition is cancelled by the promoter, in which case a full refund will be issued.

13. Cancellation

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend a competition at any time. If a competition is cancelled, all entrants will receive a full refund.

14. Data Protection

Personal data collected through competition entries will be used solely for the administration of the competition and, where consent is given, for marketing communications. Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Publicity

Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity. Winners' first names and counties may be published on our website and social media channels.

16. Liability

The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. The promoter's liability is limited to the value of the entry fee paid.

17. Fraud

The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, dishonesty, or manipulation of entries. Multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent ticket limits will result in disqualification and forfeiture of entry fees.

18. Disputes

The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of any draw.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
